Upon registration:

• A unique Docket Number / Complaint Reference Number will be generated.
• The customer will receive an SMS confirmation with the date and time of registration.

Guidelines for DLGTPL Broadband Pvt. Ltd Subscribers to place an appeal at Appellate Authority, DLGTPL Broadband Pvt. Ltd Infinet Private Limited

• If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our Customer Care team, you may escalate the matter by filing an appeal with the Appellate Authority. Please ensure that you have first lodged your complaint with Customer Care and obtained a valid complaint reference number before approaching this stage.
• Appeals are accepted only for cases already addressed by Customer Care. Direct complaints will not be entertained.
• Submissions can be made in writing or electronically during office hours
• Your appeal must clearly mention the complaint reference number, details of the issue, and the reasons for dissatisfaction with the earlier resolution.
• It is advisable to file your appeal within 30 days of receiving the Customer Care response. In exceptional circumstances, delays of up to 3 months may be considered if justified.
• The Appellate Authority will review your appeal and aim to provide a decision within 30 days of receipt.
